Who I am
Ficar (getficar.com) is run by Manfred Zedazi ("I", "me"). Contact: hello@getficar.com.
What Ficar does
Ficar is a relocation and paperwork service. Depending on the package you choose, I build your document checklist, review your documents against the official requirements, prepare your application, book appointments, arrange sworn translations and keep you updated.
What Ficar does not do
- No legal advice. Ficar is not a law firm and I'm not a lawyer. Information on this site and in my messages is general, based on official sources, and can change. If your situation needs a lawyer, I'll tell you.
- No guarantee of approval. Visas, residency and registrations are decided by the Brazilian authorities. I make sure your application is complete and follows the official checklist, but I can't promise the outcome or how long it takes.
- I'm not a government agency and have no special access to one.
Prices and payment
- My fee for each package is fixed and agreed before I start.
- Government and consular fees, apostilles and sworn translations are not included. They're listed in your quote and paid separately.
- Payment is due before I start work, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel within 7 days of paying and get a full refund (Brazilian Consumer Code, art. 49).
After that: if you cancel before I've started working on your case, you get a full refund. Once work has started, the fee covers the work already done and isn't refundable. If I can't deliver what I agreed to, you get a refund for the part not delivered.
Your part
You're responsible for giving me accurate, complete and genuine information and documents, for meeting deadlines on your side (for example booking a flight before an appointment), and for keeping your stay legal while your case is in progress.
Liability
I do my work carefully, but to the extent the law allows, my liability is limited to the fee you paid for the service concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Ficar es un servicio de mudanza y trámites dirigido por Manfred Zedazi. No es un estudio de abogados ni brinda asesoría legal, y no puede garantizar la decisión de las autoridades. Mi tarifa es fija y se acuerda antes de empezar; las tasas del gobierno, apostillas y traducciones juradas van aparte. Puedes cancelar dentro de los 7 días posteriores al pago y recibir el reembolso total (Código de Defensa del Consumidor, art. 49). Después de eso, si cancelas antes de que empiece a trabajar, te devuelvo todo; una vez empezado, la tarifa cubre el trabajo hecho.
